Service Procedure Instructions

Before ordering a repair, please read the service procedure instructions:

Fill out the complaint form available on the website and include it in the shipment with the device.

If this is a warranty repair reported by business entities, send the shipment at the recipient's expense via Fedex courier using the instructions available on the website: https://www.fedex.com/pl/domestic-services/pickup.html by completing the form with the data provided in correspondence with the Guarantor.

3Individuals can use any form of shipment.
4In the case of post-warranty repairs, you can use any form of product delivery at your own expense.
5Before shipping, make sure the product is properly secured and will not be damaged in the process of shipment. If possible, pack the product in its original packaging, which will protect it from damage.
6Please send the parcel containing the completed complaint form to:

NOTE: Shipments that does not contain a completed form will always be considered as non-warranty claim.

Step 1. Complete the complaint form available below and place it in the package.

Step 2. Pack the device

Place the completed form in the package and make sure that the device is properly secured for transport.

Step 3. Send the package

Step 4. Wait for the courier

Once the service has been completed, the device will be returned to you by courier.
